All of my posts are way over due these days… But here is a little newborn girl that I photographed last month at my in-home studio in Worcester, MA.  She was younger than the 12 day cutoff.  Newborns at this age sleep (as you can see below).  12 days is pushing it.  The baby starts to become more awake around that time.  This in turn makes it difficult to do the newborn poses.  So, if you are looking to have newborn pictures taken, please book a tentative date in advance so that I will be sure to have a slot for you.

This family was great to photograph.  They were doing fabulous as new parents and actually looked to have gotten a little sleep.  This was one of my favorite newborn shoots to date.  Here are a few I picked to share with you all. . . .Yes, that’s right, she even smiled for the family portrait!
